Roan V. Francisco, CPA

With 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, she brings deep expertise in both audit and accounting. She graduated from Lyceum Northwestern University in 2005 and earned her MBA from De La Salle University in 2019.

She began her career in public practice and was promoted to Supervisor within two years. In 2011, she joined BS&O as a Manager and was later promoted to President, a role she held until 2025.

She has since returned to public practice under a RVF & Co., where she is one of the partners. She remains committed to delivering efficient and quality client service, with a strong focus on company growth and innovation.
